Main navigation for the global B2B services provider.
Problems
- Very low usage of the meni
- User getting lost within the menu
- Busy design

Goal
- Simplify design and the menu entries layout.
- Make the nav more user friendly.
- increase engagement
- Increase conversion
Process
- Analysed MS Clarity's session recordings and heatmaps to find a pattern in user behaviour and identify blockers.
- Facilitated workshops with the local marketing teams to identify most logical layout.
- The workshop findings allowed me to produce lo-fi wireframes, for testing purposes.
- After tweaks to the lo-fi wireframes, the pototype has been produced.
Results and Impact
- I have no access to post go-live data. I'm pretty sure it was quite successful as the designs are still in use on the site.
